• Through training and support, each employee has a proper understanding of the importance of the integrated management system function and their personal contribution to its effectiveness and consequent success of the company.
• Show leadership and commitment, and bear the responsibility for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Promote continual improvement and setting of QHSE objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018,
• Manage effectively the risks and opportunities within the Organization.
• To encourage the consultation and participation of employees in health and safety issues related to the operation of the company

This policy is implemented for all our activities through the ongoing development and implementation of an Integrated Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety Management).

With this policy statement, we are committed for the continual improvement of the effectiveness of our Quality Management System through the systematic monitoring of its performance and the implementation of the necessary improvement actions.  The policy and the objectives are reviewed during structured management reviews at least once a year in order to ensure their continuing suitability. It is also communicated to all employees and is made available to the stakeholders.
